MCICOM Challenge Intake Form

MCICOM Campaign of Learning
Supported by MCICOM, the I-neXt branch drives performance and innovation under the Command & Staff Support portfolio and is responsible for accelerating and integrating new and emerging technologies, processes, and organizational adaptations – across the Command – as they relate to design, construction, and management of our installations.

I-neXt Vision
Advance capabilities on Marine Corps installations, support the Force of the 21st Century, and realize the full potential of a "Next Generation Installation."

I-neXt Mission
Identify, pilot, and transition solutions to solve the most pressing problems facing Marine Corps installations through facilitation, consultation, and an innovation-ecosystem of creative partnerships.

I-neXt Values
As stated by our 38th Commandant, “the Marine Corps needs disruptive thinkers who are willing to challenge the status quo.” Built on two of the Marine Corps values of courage and commitment, I-neXt approaches its work leveraging collaboration, adaptation, and transformation.

What is a “challenge”?
A challenge can be a current or anticipated problem that inhibits/will inhibit the way your Marine Corps organization operates. Challenges may be focused on day-to-day operations or the ability of the installation to support the needs of the future force, considering the way we currently do things or will be expected to do things (e.g., way we are organized, trained, tools we used, policies therein).

Please complete the following form to share information about your challenge. Note: Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*). If you have questions or need assistance in completing this form, please contact the MCICOM I-neXt team for support: I-neXt_G7@usmc.mil
