Sergeant Major (SgtMaj) Charles R. Williams, outgoing SgtMaj of Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM), gives his remarks during the MCICOM Relief and Appointment ceremony on August 27, 2021 at the National Museum of the Marine Corps. MCICOM exercises command and control of Marine Corps installations via regional commanders in order to provide oversight, direction and coordination of installation services and to optimize support to the Operating Forces, tenants and activities.
