Noise Advisory

INSERT INSTALLATION NAME, INSERT UNIT and our other tenant commands appreciate the support of our communities and recognize the sacrifices made by our neighbors as we train for the defense of our country. Our Marine Corps bases and stations are not only vital platforms from which we train and project power, they are also places within communities our Marines and their families support and call home.

We understand that artillery, aircraft, weapons and other operational noise can be disruptive, but they are also reminders that we are conducting ongoing training to be ready at a moment’s notice to answer our nation’s call. We are committed to doing our best to remain good neighbors and proactive partners with our adjacent communities. 

We exercise ongoing efforts to keep our neighbors informed about when and where those disruptions are likely to occur by releasing a INSERT CADENCE noise report every INSERT DAY listing any potential noise generating events.
