Think Tank Thursday Helps Workforce Connect and Engage - Think Tank Thursday or ‘T3’ as it’s often referred to by members of the command was an initiative created in May 2022 to showcase all the specialized knowledge, technical skills, and experience throughout the workforce at Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA). The success of T3 presentations at MCTSSA is a result of detailed coordination and employee engagement which can be difficult at times with scheduling multiple tests, hosting distinguished visitors and performing day-to-day operations. This training covers the new expeditionary fueling dispensing system to increase the unit's effectiveness and their mission readiness. Marines from 6th ESB have proven their ingenuity by creating a smaller and more agile fueling system from a much larger legacy fueling system.
