MCB QUANTICO, V.A. – On October 30, 2023 at 10 a.m., join the Quantico Staff Noncommissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA) and the team from the College of Distance Education and Training (CDET) for a comprehensive update on the latest developments in enlisted education. The Enlisted PME Open House will take place at the Quantic Academy, Conde Hall.

Interested in educating enlisted warfighters?
In addition to the open house, the Academy staff will host a recruiting drive for Faculty Advisors. Discover the roles and benefits of becoming a Faculty Advisor at one of the six academies across the Marine Corps. On-the-spot screenings will be conducted for those motivated to help shape, mold, and mentor the minds of current and future warfighters through education.

Applicants for Faculty Advisor will receive an in-brief from the Academy Director which will include:

• Faculty Advisor billet description along with roles and responsibilities
• The daily routine and quality of life of a Faculty Advisor
• Promotion and career benefits during and after the assignment

Immediately following the brief, the screening/interview process will begin which will consist of:

• Q&A board
• Delivery of a 5-minute presentation
• Final interview with Academy leadership

Marines interested in applying are highly encouraged to have the following documents completed and in hand:

• Professional resume
• Basic Individual Records (BIR)
• Basic Training Records (BTR)
• Education page
• Certified copies of pages 11, 12, and 13

Applicants will be given an hour to prepare and deliver a five minute presentation on an assigned topic.
