Marine Corps Installations Energy Strategy (2013)

The Installations Energy Strategy outlines the five Lines of Operation related to energy on Marine Corps installations: Energy Ethos, Energy Information, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy & Alternative Fuel, and Energy Security. It also defines the mission and goals of the installation energy program.

Each Marine Corps Region has a unique climate and different requirements when it comes to their approach to energy management. Therefore, the Regional Energy and Water Advisory Centers (REWAC) created individualized Energy Strategies for each region, and also wrote Energy Plans for several individual installations.
