Regional Garrison Food Service Contracts Program Management Office

The Regional Garrison Food Service Contracts (RGFSC) Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for and has the authority to accomplish program objectives for oversight, development, production, and sustainment of the capability that satisfies validated user requirements for contracted food service at all CONUS mess hall operations. The PMO is accountable for credible cost, schedule, and performance. Staff includes Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Financial Analysts, and Program Analysts to monitor operational performance.

Working interactively with the Food Service and Subsistence Branch and the registered Warfighter Dietitian, the PMO develops and finalizes dynamic requirements changes and additions to the food service contracts in advance of and during the contractor periods of performance. The PMO conducts extensive analysis of contractor compliance in terms of both food service performance and funding requirements from the HQMC Subsistence in Kind (SIK) account.
